A new adventure began in Roussillon, France, when in September 2010 he was accepted as a CELLAR HAND at the winery SARL VYVA LA BORDE VIEILLE:Producer of red and white wines from typical regional varieties (Carignan, Grenache noir, among others).
His time at AZIENDA VITIVINICOLA PODERI COLLA in Piemonte, Italy, appointed him as a Cellar Hand for 2 months. This family business works with varieties such as Barbera, Dolcetto, Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, Arneis, Riesling, and Moscato.
A significant milestone in his career was when he started working as a CELLAR HAND in a family business located in the heart of the Chianti D.O. (Tuscany), specializing exclusively in producing red wines; working with varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Sangiovese.
In 2014 TERRA D’ ALTER, located in Alentejo, Portugal, was the company producing white, red, and rosé wines from Portuguese, Iberian, and French varieties, which welcomed him as a CELLAR HAND.
For a total of 7 months, the company HERDADE DA MALHADINHA NOVA received him as Assistant Winemaker; this family specializes in blended white, red, and rosé wines.
In 2017 he continued as Assistant Winemaker in Burgundy, France, with the company BOUCHARD PÈRE ET FILS,which focuses mainly on the two typical Burgundy varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Since 2018, he has been working as Assistant Winemaker at SOKOL BLOSSER WINERY; a family winery specializing in producing wines from cool-temperate climate varieties, in Oregon, USA. .
Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UADG) with a specialization in urban design. Before starting his own company, he trained with architect José Luis Covarrubias in the State Government.
Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Guadalajara with 30 years of experience. He is mainly focused on residences and has significant references in residential houses within Club Campestre, Balvanera, and El Campanario, with a vision in buildings, cellars, vineyards, and haciendas. His major contributions include Hacienda El Batán and Hacienda La Machorra in Querétaro, as well as Santana and Lobos in Guanajuato.
