A lover of nature and agriculture, enamored with his town, and a member of one of the founding families of the region; he acquired these privileged lands, with a spectacular view of the Peña de Bernal.
At just 17 years old, Don Julián acquired this special space with a privileged location beside the Peña de Bernal (the third largest monolith in the world), a result of his effort and discipline, a heritage he passed on to his children. Don Julián passed away at the age of 68.
Our founder decided to undertake and create this magical space, born from the desire of a visionary man to forge a tradition and a hallmark that transcends and achieves that characteristic magic of visiting a unique space that offers a touristic, gastronomic, and wine experience.
